A snowy day.

We had such a beautiful, fluffy snow on Saturday.  I love looking at it from inside the cozy house, but I love going out into it even more.  The white silence.  I took a camera and recorded designs created by snow-covered branches.  Even everyday objects become magical under a snowy blanket.

My hens don’t love the snow, so I took them a treat- squished up hardboiled eggs.  They love their eggs!  Although they are still not up to their normal egg production, we always have enough eggs to share.

I have decided to finish my Belling the Cat rug before embarking on Mystery Rug #2.  I hope to have it completed by next week and I’ll share a photo of it then.

There’s a lot of beauty out there.  Go out and make some snow angels!
